Managing Director (Civil Eng, PMP, MBA)
Mr Sizwe Mchunu is the founder and Managing Member of MCPM. Sizwe Mchunu has experience in various engineering disciplines and the provision of infrastructure development at a local and international scale.He has been involved extensively in providing consulting services in Water and Sanitation Planning and Management Contracts; Transportation Planning, Multi-Disciplinary Construction Management; Logistical Development of Roads Network and being involved in international engineering PPP projects.
Nokuthula by profession is the Financial manager for MCPM.
Efficiency and poise, she takes the bull by the horns so to speak. Nokuthula has become an integral part of the company since. Her duties extend into a vast array of managing budgets to payroll to dealing with HR to dealing with the resident baddie we all love to hate: SARS. Quipped with a “can do” attitude, she proves that effort and being proactive are the ingredients to the successful completion of the task at hand.
Technical Director (B.Eng, PMP, Msc)
Phendukani E Ntini is a Qualified Civil Engineer who is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa as Professional Engineering Technologist, ECSA Reg. No. 201670070; and also with Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 12 years' experience in the built environment, infrastructure development and project management in respective industries and engineering disciplines.
Sizwe Mchunu is well-organized with exceptional managerial skills, he has been responsible for managing projects for a wide range of clients in the private and public sector.
Sizwe Mchunu holds an MBA in Renewable Energy from Beuth University of Applied Science in Germany; he is also a Certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Construction/Project Management and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering both obtained from the Durban University of Technology. Sizwe Mchunu is a member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE) as well as the Project Management Institute of South Africa (PMISA). With over 10 years of experience in the Built Environment Sector and he has sound management experience in Multi– Disciplinary Engineering Projects.
Although not limited to, her role as the Finance Manager at the company include managing budgets cash flow and expenditure, working on various software such as Payroll; and is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with all things financial at MCPM. Further to the finance, Nokuthula is the responsible person and point of contact for the Human Resource department at MCPM. Here she extends as the “middle man” between payroll and human to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
She is further trained and has a working knowledge of company policies and tax legislations ensuring that everything is above board to ensure the smooth running of the company. However much the “numbers girl” in the office, outside the office she enjoys maintaining a good fitness regime and a good old healthy dinner and well, the odd night out with the girls couldn’t hurt too.
He is also enrolled on the Master of Science in Engineering Management with the University of Pretoria and is expected to complete the programme in May 2017. His project expertise span from project design, planning & implementation and project management of a variety of projects using FIDIC, NEC3, JBCC2000 and GCC2010 contracts. His experience locally and abroad makes him a versatile and dynamic engineer and project specialist.
. His wide and extensive experience in working with the public and private sector covers a range of aspects in the built environment, including water and sanitation, technical project audits, transportation, structural engineering, environmental management systems, occupational health & safety and quality management. His unique and rare speciality of having a combination of design engineering, as well as operations and maintenance management skills particularly for public infrastructure sets him apart. He has also been a Course Facilitator for several CPD accredited project management courses with Classic Seminars for over three years; a demonstration of his presentation skills and wide knowledge base.

Ashana Naidoo is a Project Administrator for MCPM.
Well-organised and with exceptional administration skills, she has been responsible for the project administration for numerous transportation, building, engineering, facilities and logistics projects and preparation of contract and tender documentation. Her duties extend to managing projects for a wide range of clients in the private and public sector.
Project Legal Advisor (LLB, LLM, MCommrclLaw)
Albert possesses over 10 (ten) years’ experience in the public and private sector commercial law sphere. He has provided legal advisory services to clients in and out of South Africa, including a broad range of government entities, departments and municipalities; in addition to various private sector entities.
Business Development Executive
Bontle recently moved to Durban from the city of Johannesburg, making MCPM her new home. Having a background in Marketing Management she changed course and ventured into the Construction world where she was later identified by a Project Management company and was also part of a youth developmental initiative within the Construction & Civils industry. She has been involved in medium to large scale projects including construction and supplying of tools in the mining industry. Through the experience gained by working with various professionals, she went on to work as a Project Manager for civils and construction companies whilst continuing with her studies.
Ashana oversees and performs administrative functions concerned with a particular project and ensuring that the project and all related processes run smoothly. Constructs teamwork and communication skills to ensure the project finishes on time and within budget. Quipped with a qualification in Advanced Business Management, this has not only broadened her knowledge in the corporate aspect of the company but also beyond the adhoc daily administration of the company.
Further to the adhoc administration, Ashana liaises with stakeholders on a frequent basis and through her knack of being a fast learner she possesses the quality of being proactive and resourceful and almost effortlessly finds solutions in the absence of higher management. The ambitious bubbly live wire of the office as most know her, Ashana has become an integral part of MCPM and has since enjoyed 3 years in the employ of the company. Her tag line is ”No task is too menial neither is a task beyond my ability, I can and I will”. A Project Administrator and force to be reckoned with.
